Hey, I'm Dan!
I am an Expert Implementer whose passion is teaching, facilitating and coaching business owners and their leadership teams on how to get the most out of their companies and live a better life.
Being in the trenches for over 35 years as an entrepreneur has allowed me to help business owners and their leadership teams get what they want from their businesses.
My 30 years of creating and owning LobsterGram.com has given me the knowledge, both the good, bad and ugly. I know what it’s like to own and operate a business. After creating, building, and selling Lobster Gram, my mission is now to be a resource for entrepreneurial companies.
I created Lobster Gram because I decided there was a market to deliver live lobsters to the public. I am proud to say I started this market from scratch with only $1,000. Lobster Gram started in my 2-car garage, and I bootstrapped it into a $15 million dollar company.
Lobster Gram was one of the first companies to have a website way back in 1996. We were the FIRST company to use Google AdWords (I know, sounds crazy.)
It was a great 30 year run that has allowed me to successfully implement EOS in all of my clients’ organizations.
